Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with RD 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to give a reason. To do so, notify us by email at info@succulentae.com stating the order number; you will receive detailed instructions for the return.

Exception: this right does not apply to personalised products or to live plants that have been handled, repotted or are damaged for reasons unrelated to transit.
