Accepted payment methods
At Succulentae you can pay for your order with:
- Credit/debit card — Secure payment processed by Stripe, meeting PCI DSS standards. Your banking details are never stored on our servers.
- PayPal — Payment through your PayPal account or by bank card without needing an account (when available at checkout).
Payment security
All payments are processed through certified external payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). Succulentae never stores your bank card details at any time.
The connection to the payment gateways is always under the HTTPS protocol with SSL encryption, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the transmitted data.
Invoicing
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive the invoice at the email address provided during the order. If you need an invoice with specific tax details, state it in the order notes or contact us at info@succulentae.com.
