Delivery times are estimates and start counting once payment is confirmed; they do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. The exact cost for your destination is calculated automatically in the cart.
Delivery and order verification
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated on the order.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to report any anomaly to the carrier at that same moment.
Shipping outside the European Union
We currently ship only to European Union countries. Cacti and succulents are covered by the CITES Convention: taking them out of EU territory requires a CITES export permit and a phytosanitary certificate, documentation we do not hold. That is why destinations such as Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom do not appear at checkout. If you have any questions, write to us at info@succulentae.com.
Live plants
Our plants are grown and shipped directly from our nursery in the Almería desert. We take the utmost care with packaging to reduce any damage during transit, but as they are living things we cannot guarantee their condition 100 % in exceptional cases. If your order arrives damaged, see returns and cancellations.
