Lithops
LITHOPS · a succulent from the Aizoaceae family, stone plants with two sunken lobes. Grown in our nursery in the Almería desert in full sun, with minimal watering and 100% mineral soil—the specimen in the photo is the one you will receive.
About LITHOPS
LITHOPS is one of the most distinctive mesembryanthemums in the Aizoaceae family. Its origin is in South Africa and Namibia. The most striking thing about this plant is a pair of fused leaves with the appearance of stones, a feature that defines its personality and sets it apart within its genus.
At Succulentae we grow every LITHOPS directly in our nursery in southeastern Spain, in conditions of intense sun, low humidity and mineral substrate that replicate its natural habitat. The result: more compact, better colored and more resilient plants than those grown in artificial greenhouses.
