About Echinocereus rigidissimus rubispinus
Echinocereus rigidissimus rubispinus is one of the most distinctive cactuss in the Cactaceae family. Its origin is in Mexico and southwestern USA. The most striking thing about this plant is low cylindrical body with colorful radial spines, a feature that defines its personality and sets it apart within its genus.
At Succulentae we grow every Echinocereus rigidissimus rubispinus directly in our nursery in southeastern Spain, in conditions of intense sun, low humidity and mineral substrate that replicate its natural habitat. The result: more compact, better colored and more resilient plants than those grown in artificial greenhouses.
