About Adenium Obesum
Adenium Obesum, of the Apocynaceae family, originates in East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula and has spread to home cultivation thanks to its beauty and resilience. Its most distinctive feature is a thickened caudex at the base that stores water, a trait that makes it unmistakable even among advanced collectors.
At Succulentae we produce Adenium Obesum with artisanal technique in southeastern Spain, following a cultivation protocol that replicates the sun, dryness and mineral conditions of its native habitat. This produces stronger specimens, with intense coloration and compact form, ready to join your collection.
