About Crassula Ovata Gollum
Crassula Ovata Gollum, of the Crassulaceae family, originates in mainly South Africa, also Madagascar and has spread to home cultivation thanks to its beauty and resilience. Its most distinctive feature is opposite fleshy leaves in columns or rosettes, a trait that makes it unmistakable even among advanced collectors.
At Succulentae we grow every Crassula Ovata Gollum directly in our nursery in southeastern Spain, in conditions of intense sun, low humidity and mineral substrate that replicate its natural habitat. It's the difference between a succulent grown under real sun and a greenhouse one — and it shows in shape, color and longevity.
